At Saatvik Rituals, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in finish, texture, or color may occur and are considered a part of their unique charm.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns for products that have been delivered in good condition.
However, if you receive:

An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement as applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
